Zusammenfassung

Die Symptomentrias „Blaue Skleren — Knochenbrüchigheit — Taubheit“ ist Ausdruck einer angeborenen, genetisch determinierten Systemerkrankung des Mesoderms (McKusick). In bezug auf die Häufigkeit der einzelnen Symptome dürfte die „Blaue Skiera“ wohl an erster Stelle zu nennen sein (Seedorff).
