Trophoblastic or Chorionic Tumors as Observed in the Philippines
Trophoblastic or chorionic tumors are quite common among our poor Filipino women. This is one of the ailments we have in common with the poor women of Oriental countries, and I believe that the cause is a defective gene in the chromosome caused by a deficient diet which is low in protein content. Our poor eat mostly rice and vegetables and very little animal protein.
