Zusammenfassung
Für Operationen an tiefliegenden subcorticalen Teilen des Gehirns ist die gewöhnliche chirurgische Operationstechnik unter Leitung des Auges wenig geeignet. Der Mangel an deutlichen anatomischen Anhaltspunkten in der Hirnsubstanz erlaubt keine ausreichend genaue Lokalisation, und es läßt sich nicht vermeiden, daß oberflächlicher gelegene Strukturen erheblich geschädigt werden.
