Zusammenfassung

Unter einer Lungenfibrose verstehen wir eine Bindegewebszunahme des Lungengerüstes. Sie kann örtlich begrenzt sein oder sich diffus ausbreiten. Eine diffus progressive Fibrose ist eine stets tödlich endende Krankheit.
