Zusammenfassung

Wir hatten Gelegenheit, 2 Fälle von primärem Aldosteronismus zu beobachten; in beiden Fällen wurde bei der Operation (J. M. B.) ein Nebennierenrindenadenom vorgefunden. Der erste Fall wurde bereits von uns (4) veröffentlicht und dürfte weitgehend bekannt sein. Es handelte sich um einen klassischen Fall, bei dem die klinischen Erscheinungen und biochemischen Befunde mit Ausnahme der metabolischen Alkalose voll ausgeprägt waren. Ergänzend kann hinzugefügt werden, daß die Patientin 2 Jahre nach der Operation noch einmal nachuntersucht und in jeder Hinsicht auch in bezug auf den Blutdruck normale Verhältnisse vorgefunden wurden.
