Zusammenfassung
Bei Hochdruckkranken (2, 7, 8) und Patienten mit Leberzirrhose (13, 14) führt die intravenöse Applikation von synthetischem Angiotensin II zur Natriurese, während kreislaufgesunde Menschen unter gleichen Bedingungen mit verminderter Natriumausscheidung reagieren (1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 9, 10, 19, 21). Zur Frage dieser eigentümlichen “Wirkungsumkehr” wurden kombinierte Clearance- und Stop-flow-Untersuchungen an Kreislaufgesunden und Hochdruckkranken in ausgeglichener Flüssigkeitsund Elektrolytbilanz durchgeführt.
