Zusammenfassung
Bei der Cystinose führt die angeborene Stoffwechselstörung zu einer schweren und irreversiblen Schädigung des Nierenparenchyms. Die Schädigung betrifft primär die Nierentubuli (1, 3, 5, 6, 13, 14, 15) und bewirkt u.a. eine Verminderung der tubulären Aminosäuren (=AS) — Rückresorption, wodurch eine Hyperaminoacidurie entsteht.
