Zusammenfassung
Bei Infektionen mit tumorerzeugenden Virusarten beeinflußt die Wirtszelle die Auseinandersetzung zwischen Virusinfektion und Zellprozessen. Alle an diesen Wechselwirkungen beteiligten Vorgänge spielen sich auf molekularbiologischer Ebene ab, denn es handelt sich um ein Wechselspiel zwischen Syntheseprozessen, die einerseits vom Virus, andererseits von der Zelle induziert werden. Wir beschäftigen uns in unseren Experimenten mit den Fragen, welche Prozesse in der Wirtszelle die vom Virusgenom induzierten Vorgänge bei der Infektion mit dem DNS-haltigen onkogenen Virus SV40 beeinflussen können.
