Zusammenfassung

Der Pharmakologe ist an dem, was man unter „Schock” zusammenfaßt, unter drei Aspekten besonders interessiert:

  1. a)

    Er beschäftigt sich mit den Mediatoren, welche den Schock auslösen bzw. verstärken können.

  2. b)

    Er bearbeitet die Veränderungen des Stofftransports beim Schock, d. h. die Änderungen der Permeabilität.

  3. c)

    Er hat, entsprechend der ärztlichen Intention auch der naturwissenschaftlichen Pharmakologie, die therapeutischen Implikationen zu beachten.
