Nicht obstruktive Formen der idiopathischen Myokardiopathien

Zusammenfassung

Wenn ich im Kontext der vorausgehenden und nachfolgenden Vorträge nach dem Unterscheidenden meines Themas suche, dann finde ich es im Idiopathischen dieser Myokardiopathie. Insofern in der Themenreihe die obstruktive Myokardiopathie, die durch eben dieses Attribut eine Hypertrophie des Herzmuskels zumindest beschreibt, unmittelbar folgt, impliziert die nicht obstruktive Myokardiopathie die idiopathische Herzhypertrophie schlechthin. Da das Thema „familiäre Kardiomegalie“ unmittelbar vorausging, ist im Grunde ein Seitenblick auf genetische Zusammenhänge verwehrt; da schließlich das Thema „Endo-myokardfibrosen“ eigens zur Sprache gekommen ist, wird klar, daß diese pathogenetische Bedingung einer Herzhypertrophie bereits zu den aufgeklärten und nicht mehr zu den idiopathischen Herzhypertrophien gehört. Was aber bleibt übrig ?
