Zusammenfassung

Das Ziel, die chronisch entzündliche Darmerkrankungen durch Medikamente zu heilen, wurde bislang nicht erreicht. Es hat dabei nicht an Versuchen und Untersuchungen gefehlt. In Anbetracht der nach wie vor ungeklärten Pathogenese ist man verschiedenen Spuren gefolgt, aber keine führte zum Ziel.
