Zusammenfassung

Während die zytologische Diagnostik vieler Organe im Laufe der letzten Jahre stark an Bedeutung gewonnen hat, spielt die Zytodiagnostik des Pankreas wegen seiner für einfache Entnahmetechniken ungünstigen Lage weiterhin eine untergeordnete Rolle. So hat die seit Jahrzehnten bekannte Pankreassekretzytologie kaum Eingang in die Routinediagnostik gefunden. Erst als gezeigt wurde, daß Feinnadelpunktionen im Bauchraum mit nur minimalem Risiko durchgeführt werden können, und die Möglichkeiten gezielter Punktionen durch neue bildgebende Verfahren entscheidend verbessert wurden, hat die Zahl der Untersuchungen zugenommen, was in verschiedenen Monographien über perkutane Punktionstechniken [Anacker et al. 1980; Holm und Kristensen 1980; Otto und Wellauer 1985; Zornoza 1981] dokumentiert ist.
