Zusammenfassung

1. Die chronisch-myeloische Leukämie ist eine maligne Erkrankung mit fatalem Verlauf für alle Patienten. Die Chemotherapie in der chronischen Phase ist nur palliativ (z. B. Busulfan, Hydroxy-Urea, α 2-Interferon), der lebensverlängernde Effekt ist nur begrenzt. Die mediane Uberlebenszeit beträgt 3,6 Jahre.
