Zusammenfassung
Die IgA-Glomerulonephritis (IgA-GN) stellt in unserem Krankengut die häufigste Form der Glomerulonephritis dar [1]. Mehrere klinische Beobachtungen weisen auf eine mögliche abnorme Funktion der Schleimhäute des Oro-Pharyngealraumes bei diesem Krankheitsbild hin. Klinische Beobachtungen [2] zeigen, daß nach Tonsillektomie die Häufigkeit makrohämaturischer Episoden sinkt. Neuere Untersuchungen von Bene [3] zeigen darüber hinaus einen abnormen B-Zellbestand der Tonsillen bei Patienten mit IgA-GN. Schließlich fanden Nomoto et al. [4] in Einzelfällen von IgA-GN eine klinisch symptomatische Skleritis. Nach unveröffentlichten Befunden von Bene liegt dem eine Infiltration der Sklera mit IgA-tragenden B-Zellen zugrunde.
