Zusammenfassung
Daß Vaskulitiden entsprechend ihrem Charakter als Systemerkrankungen durch Beteiligung der Koronararterien zu einer koronaren Herzerkrankung (KHK) führen können, ist unseres Erachtens zu wenig bekannt. Die Autoren beobachteten innerhalb 1 Jahres vier Fälle, die die angebliche Seltenheit der Koronariitis überdenken lassen.
