Bedeutung des HBeAg bei Patienten mit akuter Hepatitis B

Zusammenfassung

Das „e-Antigen“ (HBe-Ag) kann im Serum der meisten Patienten mit akuter Hepatitis B nachgewiesen werden, vorausgesetzt, daß Serumproben sehr früh im Verlauf der Erkrankung zur Untersuchung gelangen und daß eine genügend sensible (radioimmunologische) Methode zum HBe-Ag-Nachweis zur Verfügung steht.
