Zusammenfassung
Die orthograde Darmspülung hat als Vorbereitung fur endoskopische und röntgenologische Kolonuntersuchungen sowie auch für die Kolonchirurgie seit ihrer Beschreibung 1973 weite Verbreitung gefunden [1, 3—6]. Zumeist werden isotonische Salzlösungen verwendet, die den Patienten in großer Menge pro Zeiteinheit zugeführt werden, so daß die resorptive Kapazität des Darmes überfahren wird.
