Zusammenfassung

Zur Beantwortung der Frage, ob im Vergleich verschiedener Zeiträume eine Verbesserung der diagnostischen Möglichkeiten, insbesondere durch den routinemäßigen Einsatz der Koloskopie und den Nachweis okkulter Blutungen erreicht worden ist, haben wir anhand des Operationsgutes der Chirurgischen Univ.-Klinik die in der Medizinischen Univ.-Klinik diagnostizierten kolo-rektalen Karzinome mit denen, die außerhalb unserer Klinik festgestellt wurden, verglichen.
