Zusammenfassung

Die Beobachtung von 9 Patienten mit Morbus Whipple ergab Gelegenheit, neue Vorstellungen auf den Gebieten Immunologie, Symptomatologie, Diagnostik und Therapie zu gewinnen: Bei der Untersuchung des zellulären Immunsystems wurden folgende Methoden agewandt: a) die Spätreaktion von intracutan verabreichtem Tuberculin, Trichophytin, Candidin und von Varidase, b) die T-Zellquantifizierung mittels E-Rosetten und c) die HLA -Typisierung.
