Zusammenfassung

In den letzten Jahren ist mehrfach über Patienten mit typischer Angina pectoris Symptomatik aber unauffälligem Koronarogramm berichtet worden [1, 3, 4, 9—13]. Da die Ätiologie dieser Herzerkrankung unklar ist, wird sie in der Literatur als Syndrom X bezeichnet [9].
