Zusammenfassung
Die von verschiedenen Autoren nach Vagotomie festgestellte Hypergastrinämie [18] ist im wesentlichen durch eine Zunahme der Gastrin-Gewebskonzentration im Antrum bedingt, wie Becker et al. (1973) und Schafmayer et al. (1977) bei Ratten, Hughes u. Hernandez (1976) sowie Malmström et al. (1977) beim Menschen nachgewiesen haben. Nach Untersuchungen der Arbeitsgruppe um Håkanson (1973,1974) ist nach Vagotomie auch die Histidindecarboxylase-Aktivität im Rattenmagen erhöht, als deren wesentlicher physiologischer Mediator das Serumgastrin angenommen wird [7, 8]. Da von Katecholaminen Serumgastrin-stimulierende Effekte bekannt sind [3, 4, 10] und im Magen gestreßter Ratten ein gesteigerter Noradrenalin-„tumover“ [5] und eine erhöhte Histaminbildung [12, 22, 27] gefunden wurde, haben wir den Einfluß von Immobilisationsstreß auf Serum- und Gewebegastrin der trunkulär vagotomierten Ratte untersucht.
