Knochenhistologie bei absorptiver Hypercalciurie

Zusammenfassung

Rezidiv-Nierensteinträger mit idiopathischer Hypercalciurie weisen eine vermehrte renale Calciumausscheidung infolge vermehrter intestinaler Calcium-Absorption auf [1]. Im Fastenzustand, in welchem das Skelett-Calcium die einzige Urin-Calcium-Quelle dar-stellt, ist hingegen die Urin-Calciumausscheidung normal [2], hieraus wurde geschlossen, daß bei diesen Patienten keine Skelettabnormalität vorliege.
