Zusammenfassung

Galle stimuliert dosisabhängig endogen vom Duodenum aus die exokrine Pankreasfunktion. Diese Wirkung wird im wesentlichen durch Gallensalze hervorgerufen [1]. Der Mechanismus, über den die Sekretionsanregung erfolgt, ist noch unbekannt; einige Befunde sprechen für einen cholinergen Weg, jedoch gibt es auch Hinweise, daß durch Gallensalze Sekretionshormone freigesetzt werden.
