Zusammenfassung

Die endgültige Diagnose eines malignen Tumors wird sich, von wenigen Ausnahmen abgesehen, immer auf eine histo-pathologische Diagnose stützen, was ganz besonders für die Frühstadien resp. frühen Veränderungen einer Tumorentwicklung gilt. Ob dazu in jedem Fall die histo-pathologische Beurteilung einer Biopsie erforderlich ist oder schon die cyto-pathologische Auswertung einer Aspiration oder Desquamation von Zellen genügen kann, soll durch die später folgenden Befunde beantwortet werden.
