Zusammenfassung
Tumor-assoziierte Antigene auf der Zellmembran maligner Zellpopulationen sowie eine durch diese Antigenstrukturen induzierte spezifische Immunantwort des Wirtsorganismus sind in den letzten Jahren sowohl im Tierexperiment als auch beim Menschen nachgewiesen worden. Durch die Herstellung von Heteroantiseren, die für einzelne Leukämieformen spezifisch sind, muß auch das Vorkommen Leukämie-assoziierter Antigene beim Menschen als gesichert gelten [1, 3, 4].
