Zusammenfassung

Die fibrinoly tische Eigenschaft von Leukozy tenextr akten ist bereits seit 1904 beschrieben [1]. Seit 1971 wird diese Eigenschaft den neutralen Proteasen aus Granulozyten zugeord-net [2] und dieses fibrinolytische System vom Plasmin abgegrenzt [3]. Von Bedeutung fur die Fibrinolyse sind eine elastaseähnliche (ELP) und eine chymotrypsinähnliche (CLP) Granulozytenprotease. Besonders der ELP kommt möglicherweise eine pathophysiologi-sche Bedeutung zu, da sie unter verschiedenen Bedingungen aus den polymorphonukle-ären Leukozyten freigesetzt wird [4].
