Zusammenfassung

Der Proteinverlust bei Peritonealdialysen beträgt 0,35–2,98 g/Std und ist bei komplikationslosem Verlauf von der Dialysedauer abhängig (Schoppe). Über die Wirkung einer Proteinsubstitution mit Albumin während der Peritonealdialyse soll im folgenden berichtet werden.
