Zusammenfassung
Die Klassifizierung von Leukosen hat im Hinblick auf die Pathogenese der Erkrankung sowie die einzuschlagende Therapie und deren Erfolgskontrolle eine zunehmende Bedeutung erlangt. Neben morphologischen, biochemischen, cytochemischen und cytogenetischen Methoden hat die Anwendung immunologischer Methoden zu einer besseren Klassifizierung von Leukosen geführt (Seligmann et al., 1977). Neue Erkenntnisse hat die Bestimmung der HLA-DR-Antigene sowie der Komplementrezeptoren CR1 und CR2 erbracht, über die nachfolgend berichtet wird.
