Zusammenfassung

Es ist eine seit langem bekannte klinische Beobachtung, daß bei Niereninsuffizienz eine Hyperkalzämie trotz erhöhten Serum-Parathormonspiegeln besteht. Dieser Befund weist darauf hin, daß die Fähigkeit von Parathormon, Calcium aus dem Skelett zu mobilisieren, beeinträchtigt ist.
