„Präcordiales Mapping“— bei verbesserter Technik eine wertvolle Methode zur Verlaufsbeurteilung beim akuten Myocardinfarkt

Zusammenfassung

Bei 22 Patienten (4 ♀, 18 ♂, mittleres Alter 59 Jahre) mit frischem Vorderwandinfarkt (nicht älter als 12 Std, im Mittel 5,8 Std) wurde innerhalb der ersten 48 Std nach Klinikaufnahme alle 2 Std mit einer elastischen Kuststoffplatte (Silopren, 32×24 cm), in die 48 silberoxydierte Kupferelektroden eingelassen sind (Elektrodendurchmesser 0,7 cm, Elektrodenabstand 3,5 cm), über dem Infarktgebiet ein,,Präcordiales Mapping“ abgeleitet. Mit Hilfe der Platte war die Ableitung identischer Brustwandpunkte gewährleistet.
