Zusammenfassung

Die Behandlung von Ösophagusvarizenblutungen ist nach wie vor unbefriedigend. Eine der üblichen therapeutischen Maßnahmen ist die intravenöse oder neuerdings auch die selektiv intraarterielle Verabreichung von Vasopressin und seinen Analogen [2, 6].
