Bestimmung der Kinetik der Lipide und Lipoproteine mit dem i.v.-Fett-Toleranz-Test bei Patienten mit portokavalem Shunt

Zusammenfassung

Bei akuten und chron. Krankheiten der Leber treten Veränderungen der Lipide und Lipoproteine (Lp) des Blutes auf [9, 11, 12, 13]. So findet man bei der akuten Hepatitis eine Abnahme der prae-β- und alpha-Lp bei gleichzeitigem Anstieg der Triglycéride (TG) in den β-Lp. Bei schweren Leberschäden stellte Seidel einen Apoprotein-A-Defekt mit einem veränderten Lipidbindungsvermögen, sowie einen Mangel dieses Apoproteins in den prae-β-Lp fest. Bei intra- und extrahepatischer Cholestase konnte von Seidel et al. zusätzlich ein abnormes phosphorlipidreiches Lp, das LPX [12, 13] nachgewiesen werden.
