Zusammenfassung

Die Effizienz der kardiologischen Intensivpflegeeinheiten mit der Möglichkeit einer sofortigen Reanimation bei akutem Myokardinfarkt [4,8–12, 18] kann als ge sichert gelten. Von besonderem Interesse ist dabei die Prognose der Patienten, die während des Infarktes einen Kreislaufstillstand erlitten haben [1–3, 6, 15, 16, 19–23].
