Zusammenfassung

Bei Diabetikern finden sich in mehr als 30% [1, 2] der Falle Hautallergien auf zugeführtes Insulin. Man beobachtet Allergien vom Soforttyp und vom verzögerten Typ (Spättyp) [3, 4]. Die verzögerten oder zellvermittelten Insulinallergien sollen häufiger sein als die Soforttypallergien. Man erkennt die Sofortreaktionen an ihrem Auftreten innerhalb 1 Std nach Insulininjektion, während sich Spättypallergien erst nach 6 bis 24 Std manifestieren [1, 5].
