Zusammenfassung

1968 berichteten wir erstmals über die Reduzierung des Druckgradienten bei 3 Patienten mit obstruktiver Kardiomyopathie durch elektrische Stimulation von der Spitze des rechten Ventrikels aus [1]. In der Folgezeit nahmen wir an insgesamt 23 Patienten Stimulationsversuche vor, die zu nachstehenden Ergebnissen führten:
