Zusammenfassung

Die erhöhte Aktivität der (Na+, K+)-ATPase bei Tieren, die mit 20,25-Dia zacholesterin behandelt wurden und bei denen wir als Ursache für die gleich zeitig beobachtete Myotonie einen teilweisen Ersatz von Cholesterin durch Desmosterin in der Membran gefunden haben, veranlaßte uns, die Abhängigkeit der Na+, K+)-ATPase der Erythrozytenmembran von der Sterinzusammensetzung der Membran etwas genauer zu untersuchen. Wir wählten zwei Möglichkeiten, die Sterinzusammensetzung der Erythrozytenmembran zu verändern.
