Zusammenfassung

Nach dem Coulter-Zählprinzip lassen sich durch teilchenbedingte Verdrängung einer definierten Elektrolytlösung in einer volumennormierten Kapillare Impedanzänderungen eines elektrischen Feldes messen, die proportional zur Teilchenzahl und zum Teilchenvolumen sind (Eggleton, 1963; Eastham, 1964; Bull, 1965).
