Zusammenfassung

Die Therapie primärer Hyperlipoproteinämien vom Typ IIa und b erfordert häufig neben einer Diät, zusätzliche lipidsenkende Medikamente. Besonderes Interesse haben dabei hochgereinigtes (L-Anteil geringer als 0,2%) DT4 [1], DT3, die Kombination von DT4+ DT3 sowie DL-α-Methylthyroxin-ethylester gefunden. Nicht geklärt waren dabei zum Teil der optimale Dosisbereich, der lipidsenkende Effekt von DT3 sowie einer Kombination von DT4+ DT3 und das Verhalten dieser Medikamente verglichen am selben Patienten.
