Zusammenfassung

50 Vorhofkinekardiogramme wurden hinsichtlich des Klappenausschlages, des Papillarmuskelabstandes vom Klappenring und der Verdickung der Klappe ausgewertet und mit dem hämodynamischen Schweregrad (errechnete Klappenöffnungsfläche). dem Ergebnis der Kommissurotomie und dem Ultraschallkardiogramm verglichen.
