Zusammenfassung

Die Drosselung einer Nierenarterie in Anwesenheit einer unbeeinflußten kontra-lateralen Niere führt bei Ratten, Kaninchen und Hunden zu einem Bluthochdruck. An diesem experimentellen Modell sind in den vergangenen Jahrzehnten eine Fülle von Untersuchungen zur Pathogenese des renalen Hochdruckes sowie seiner malignen Verlaufsform durchgeführt worden [z. B. 3, 4, 7, 15, 17, 41]. Im Zentrum des Interesses stand dabei die Frage nach der Bedeutung von Veränderungen in der Salz- und Wasserbilanz sowie des Renin-Angiotensin-Aldosteronsystems für die Hochdruckentstehung [z. B. 4, 5, 20, 21, 27, 37, 38, 39]. Die vorliegende Arbeit faßt Befunde zusammen, welche wir bei Untersuchungen zu dieser Frage an der Ratte erheben konnten. Die Ergebnisse sind in verschiedenen Veröffentlichungen mitgeteilt worden [9, 11, 16, 28, 29, 31, 32].
