Die Fortschritte der rekonstruktiven Gefäßchirurgie machten im Laufe der letzten 10 Jahre eine gründliche Neuorientierung in der Diagnostik und Therapie der cerebralen Durchblutungsinsuffizienz notwendig. Drei Erfahrungstatsachen sind hierfür verantwortlich.
