Zusammenfassung

Bisher liegen nur vereinzelte Mitteilungen über hämodynamische Untersuchungen bei Patienten mit primärem Aldosteronismus vor [1, 2]. Bei den beschriebenen Fällen war der Hochdruck durch eine Erhöhung des peripheren Gesamtwiderstands bedingt, während Schlag- und Herzzeitvolumen im Normbereich lagen.
