Zusammenfassung

Als Ursachen megaloblastärer Anämien im Kindes- oder Jugendalter werden nach Ausschluß nutritiver Faktoren und einer Wurmerkrankung drei Syndrome unterschieden:

  1. 1.

    Echte perniziöse Anämie mit Atrophie der Magenschleimhaut und Intrinsic-Faktor (IF) -Mangel.

  2. 2.

    Kongenitaler Mangel an IF bei normaler Magenschleimhaut- und Magensekretion.

  3. 3.

    Kongenitale selektive Malabsorption von Vitamin B 12 bei normaler Sekretion von IF.
