Zusammenfassung

Mit der fortschreitenden Verfeinerung biochemischer Untersuchungsmethoden konnten über Gallensäuren und ihren Stoffwechsel zahlreiche neue Befunde gewonnen werden. Dazu zählen Studien über ihren intracellulären Umsatz und umfangreiche Strukturanalysen. Über die Verteilung der Gallensäuren innerhalb der Zellen gibt es bisher nur wenige Angaben. Wir haben deshalb das Lebergewebe von Ratten in Mitochondrien, Mikrosomen und Cytoplasma aufgetrennt, um in diesen Fraktionen das Gallensäurenmuster zu bestimmen.
