Zusammenfassung

Ein neues Sulfonylharnstoffderivat (1-Cyclohexyl-3-(p-[β-(4,4-dimethyl-7-methoxy-1,3-(2 H, 4 H)-isochinolindion-2-yl)-phenäthyl]-sulfonyl-harnstoff) wurde unter der Prüfbezeichnung AR 3-ARDF 261 als Antidiabetikum zur Verfügung gestellt. An dieser Stelle soll nur über Vergleichsuntersuchungen zwischen Tolbutamid und AR 3-ARDF 26 nach i.v. Gabe berichtet werden.
