Zusammenfassung

Die verschiedenen Formen von Glomerulonephritis lassen sich hinsichtlich ihrer Pathogenese in zwei Hauptgruppen unterteilen:
  1. a)

    Nephritiden künnen durch Antikürper (Ak) gegen Nierengewebe entstehen. Bei den Nephritiden des Menschen handelt es sich hier fast immer um Auto-Ak gegen Niere.
