Medikamentöse Behandlung des Postinfarktpatienten nach CAST

Zusammenfassung

Wie bereits in Jahrzehnte zurückliegenden Untersuchungen beschrieben wurde, ist die Prognose von Patienten mit anhaltenden Tachyarrhythmien schlecht (2, 16, 26, 48). Die Mortalität dieses Kollektivs betrug über einen Beobachtungszeitraum von bis zu drei Jahren bis zu 60%. Durch Einsatz von Reanimationsteams im notärztlichen Dienst haben diese Patienten heute eine höhere Chance, die lebensbedrohlichen Arrhythmien akut zu überleben. Therapieziel bei ihnen ist es, das Wiederauftreten der potentiell letalen Tachyarrhythmie zu verhindern.
