Zusammenfassung

Das neue Klasse-I-Antiarrhythmikum Diprafenon, ein Dimethylderivat des Propafenons, weist gewisse strukturelle Ähnlichkeiten mit den β-Adrenozeptoren-Blockern auf (Abb. 1). In tierexperimentellen Untersuchungen konnte eine β-adrenozeptoren-blockierende Wirkung von Diprafenon belegt werden (1).
