Zusammenfassung
Auf dem Gebiet der Chronobiologie von kardiovaskulären Erkrankungen sind nur wenig Forschungsergebnisse vorhanden. Bei Untersuchungen von Master wurden Ereignisse bei Koronarerkrankungen während des Tages, der Nacht und an verschiedenen Tagen der Woche in Bezug auf Zeiten der Arbeit, körperlicher Belastung und Erholungszeiten analysiert. Bei den Forschungen von Reinberg et al. (16), die unter streng chronobiologischen Gesichtspunkten durchgeführt wurden, konnten die zirkadianen (über 24 Stunden), ultradianen (über 6 Stunden) und zirkannualen (über ein Jahr) Rhythmen beim Auftreten akuter Ereignisse und bei letalem Ausgang verschiedener kardiovaskulärer Erkrankungen bestimmt werden. Die Krankheitsbilder umfaßten die koronare Herzkrankheit, zerebrovaskuläre Ereignisse, sonstige kardiovaskuläre Erkrankungen sowie Malignome (vergleiche auch 7, 8).
