Zusammenfassung

Vor 30 Jahren wurde das Interferonprinzip von Isaacs und Lindenmann (19) entdeckt, vor etwa 10 Jahren begannen klinische Prüfungen mit Interferonen, und vor 4 Jahren wurde das erste Interferonpräparat in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland vom Bundesgesundheitsamt zugelassen.
